Just place an order using Any of our order forms (or mailed in), and in the Comments Box, add this Special Code (Free Tree with Order - AAP). As we are packing your order, we will add another tree. It may be something different, or the same as you’re ordering... it will be a surprise. Use your Free $5 Gift Certificate, and this becomes a more interesting offer.
Simple rules... place an order with a valid payment. The order sub-total (before shipping or discounts) must be $15 or more. Shipping is then added, less any discounts. One free tree per order, but multiple orders can be placed.
