(Note: on the opening screen of the Secure Order Form... Select either - 1) the Category (ie: Conifers); 2) a particular plant from the list; OR, 3) Select the "See All" option (so everything come up on one screen). If in doubt, either ask us, or use the "See All" selection.

For this form... Simply put the Quantity, Item Code, Item Name, and Price for each into the Order Box Below. To make it simple, highlight the item and Copy/Paste into the box.
For Example: Copy/Paste --> ("10 FGT-AW-01 _Ameri-Willow_$6.95ea.") into the order box. Use the Comments Box for any Notes or additional information.
You might Copy/Paste all of your order items into a Notepad or text program, then submit them all on one form.
Depending on the workload, time of the season, and the ship-to location, shipment generally starts in April and continues until the items are sold-out. The southern states are often shipped earlier, whereas the northern states may be delayed due to frosts or unfavorable weather. We can Book an order early and have it scheduled to ship at a later date. We try to get the orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible...

Our Standard Shipping & Handling Rate Schedule (09/2/07) -

For Orders Totalling from: $0.01 to $15.00, Add $5.95;
For Orders Totalling from: $15.01 to $40.00, Add $8.95;
For Orders Totalling from: $40.01 to $100.00, Add $9.95;
For Orders Totalling: $100.01 and above, Add 8% (sub-total x .08);
For Fed-Ex Air Services: Rate is quoted and added to sub-total;
For Large, Long, or Oversized Boxes: Additional Fees will be added (varies per package).
Shipping & Handling = $
Our Standard shipping service is Fed-Ex Ground. We do regularly use US Priority Mail, for addresses to post office boxes or rural routes. We do use Fed-Ex Air (Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight), and each rate is determined by Fed-Ex.
Important Note: We will try to minimize all shipping costs, but we may add surcharges or other fees depending on package parameters. For Fed-Ex Air, Large, Long, or Oversized Boxes, additional fees may be added as per quoted rate information from the package carrier. These fees will vary for each of these package types.

We can ship it Fed-Ex Air (Express, 2nd Day, or Overnight), but the cost will be quoted and added to the total above.
The cost will vary according to the package weight, dimensions, and ship-to zip code.
