Once You have signed up for the Distributor Program, and sent the two agreement forms back to us, then we will send you a unique identification number and a password.
Monthly Account Statement
With an Account Passwood (an 8-digit code), you can log into your personal monthly account statement and see your activity. All sales that are "finalized" will be posted on a monthly, plus other pertinient information. From that statement we will issue
your check by the second week of the following month. Monthly activities will be posted to your personalized account by the end of the first week of the new month. You can view the current month, or go back to check prior month activities using your
Internet broswer.
What about Security?
Each Account name and Account Passwood will be very different, and no one will able to access your account statement. Your personal account information is secure because there is also no place to make entries, all of the information can not be altered.
Simply, it is matained by us on a seperate system, completely isolated from the web.
The password is not used to access your account, but only for added security if you wanted your code changed, change of address, or other confidetial information. What you would do, is simply tell us in writing, I want to change my ... My ID# is.... My
password is ...... We will make the changes and send you a written confirmation.
How to access your monthly statement
Example: Lets say your Account Code is: pico1234
To access your account statement for October 1997, you enter into your browser --
http://www.cdr3.com/enc/distrib/pico1234
That brings up your personal monthly account statement. Then just find the month you want, and check your sales. Should you have any questions or comments, feel free to ask us.
