Thank you for your order...

What happens now? Your order will be processed by hand, where it will be checked and double-checked. We will try to send you an Order-Confirmation with an estimated ship date (mailed-in orders might not get a confirmation).

Then once we have the order, it will be planned and scheduled to ship as quickly as practical. Seasonal factors greatly influence shipment. Spring is our busiest time, and the bottleneck of orders, we refer to as the "Spring-Rush", can cause delays. Email inquiries may be slowed down during the seasonal busy times as well. Please have patience, we work hard to meet the ship dates. We do ship nearly all year, but that varies with plant conditions, weather, and other factors. Shipment generally starts in the Fall and rolls through the Winter, and into the Spring months. Summer is fine for selected items and locations, and we will advise you of that.

We generally prepare the orders in the early morning (and also at night during the Spring-Rush), and the plant materials are inspected and prepared before packaging. Although we prefer to ship dormant plants, we do ship during the growing season with careful preparation. During the growing season, we use a technique called "Trimmed for Transport", making the plants leafless, trimmed, and other means to reduce shipping-shock. The plants are kept moist and protected, then the boxes are kept in a cool location until picked up by the package carrier. Then once sent, we try to send you a Sent-Confirmation note that the order is on its way...

Then once you get the order, open the box and inspect the items. Make sure they are moist, and keep them in a dark cool place until you are ready to plant. Planting instructions are usually included, but they are simple common-sense guidelines. Keep plants protected from heat, wind, or cold, then once planted, water well. We suggest adding a thick mulch layer around them. It's pretty simple and straight forward... but always ask if you have questions.

Orders are handled in the order received, and we will try our best to ship the order quickly while taking the best care in preparation. As late Winter through mid-Spring is our busiest time, delays may occur... so please have patience. Orders are further slowed by incorrect or incomplete payments, stormy weather, and seasonal factors. If you get concerned about your order, or, there is a question or problem, do e-mail us right away. Good communication, that's the key... The Best way to contact us is via e-mail, and there are "How to Contact Us" links on all webpages. When it is busy, there will likely be delays with our email reply as well, so hang in there... we will try to get a response to you asap...

On the forms, only the information you provided is sent, so make sure it is correct and complete to prevent. All information you provide, is held Strictly Confidential. You can learn more by reading our Policies webpage (http://www.cdr3.com/shipping). By submitting your order, you are in agreement with the policies. Do read the policies, there is a lot of good information you should know.

One note about the e-mail... we also get blasted with tons of junk mail, so all mail is filtered. Please don't send attachments or messages over 9k in size. Our E-mail contact form is the most reliable (take the link below). Do make sure your email address is correct, and that We are not filtered or blocked by your email server. Errors or incomplete email addresses will further delay our replies to you.

As the season grows on, some items sell out. We have limited numbers of each item, so we can run out. Things change continually due to availability, so you may want to Book your order early. For the larger trees, contract rates, large quantities, and for the best deals, place your order from mid-summer through Fall for shipment the following Spring. Booking and securing your order up to a year in advance is a good way to get what you want. We are growing and continually changing... new items are added, some items are deleted, and the activities continue on...
